Refund policy

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Provide receipt/proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return:

Contact us to start the return process.

Return Process:

  • If accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Items sent without prior approval won't be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items:

Perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges:

Return the item for a refund, then make a new purchase for the desired item.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

For EU orders, you can cancel/return within 14 days. Same eligibility criteria apply.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund status.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Contact us if it takes more than 15 business days after approval.
